These farms follow the model developed at Reserva El Jaguar, which represents the perfect balance between forest conservation and the sustainable production of high-quality coffee.

Each farm maintains its own identity, terroir, and production, while adhering to the same standards for sustainability, biodiversity protection, and specialty coffee excellence.

This structure allows El Jaguar Coffee to grow responsibly, ensuring traceability, quality, and environmental integrity across all its farms.

    Quality is at the core of El Jaguar Coffee. The farms grow high-quality coffee varieties such as Catimor, Pacamara, Geisha, among others. These coffees are processed using innovative fermentation and drying methods, designed to enhance cup quality, express terroir, and achieve excellence in specialty coffee.

    Each farm preserves a significant portion of its land as forest, allowing biodiversity to thrive. Conservation is a genuine priority: biodiversity plays a crucial role in ecosystem balance, microclimate regulation, and directly influences both the quality and sustainability of coffee production

    Traceability is a fundamental pillar of El Jaguar Coffee. Every lot of green coffee is fully traceable down to the plot level, ensuring transparency about origin, terroir, and farming practices.     All farms under El Jaguar Coffee are Rainforest Alliance certified and operate as private natural reserves. This status reflects a strong commitment to protecting forests, wildlife, and natural ecosystems, while integrating coffee production within preserved landscapes.
